Want to know more about each reason? We’ve elaborated below:

ReACT v4.6 launch

We like to use the User Group to showcase the latest version of our case management solution and this year was no different, with v4.6 being unveiled. The development team poured their heart and souls into our latest version and we demonstrated a host of new features for you to use, based on your feedback of v4.5.

Getting the best out of ReACT

Based on the wealth of feedback we received at RUG 2014, we focussed our morning discussion session solely on providing with the tools to get the most out of the ReACT system. We tailored this slot so that it did not matter what version of the software you use, all those that attended get something out of this session.

ReACT Competition

This year, we gave one lucky organisation the chance to win an exclusive prize. We kept it hush-hush until now, but we can now reveal that Magenta Living won a free upgrade to version 4.6. Congratulations to them for being in it to win it!

Networking opportunity

It’s not every day you get to liaise with your ASB counterparts, and it’s even rarer that you get the chance to talk specifically about how you case manage anti-social behaviour. Those that attended RUG 2015 got the opportunity to do both.

Meet the Team!

Some of the best feedback we had last year was that you enjoyed putting a face to the email address or the voice on the phone. And this year we’re delighted to hear you said the same again as we presented our Account Manager Nicola Tomlinson, who took to the stage to present on ReACT Mobile/Web Services. Technical Director Lee Dyche also made an appearance and he took part in the afternoon interactive forum.

Resolve Anti-social Behaviour (Formerly Social Landlords Crime & Nuisance Group)

At RUG 2015 we were delighted to have Janine Green speaking about Resolve ASB. As gold partners to Resolve ASB, we have got an exciting future planned together and Janine gave the inside track to delegates on the day.

The Interactive Forum

The RUG interactive forum is always a fruitful experience for both the users and us at ReACT and this year we went a step further! At RUG 2015 Managing Director Jason Tullah, Technical Director Lee Dyche, Technical Specialist Chris Powell & Project Manager Lizzie Duffield were on hand to answer any questions raised prior and during the event. There was some fascinating feedback that came out of this session, some that we hadn’t anticipated which highlights the value in the session.

Visit to brilliant Birmingham

England’s second city is the home of ReACT HQ and we’re proud to be part of “Brum”. There’s tonnes of stuff to do after the User Group, our pick was watching the Rugby World Cup in the Briar Rose in the city centre.

Meet ReACT’s partners

This year we invited our partners to attend, and HouseMark‘s John Wickenden made the journey down. While Resolve ASB are the only partners speaking at the User Group, John was more than happy to have a chat with delegates during the breaks.

Day out from the daily grind

We know making communities safer is hectic and you barely get a moment to think. That’s why having an all-day event can be good to take a step back from the chaos and focus on using the tools that make your job easier to do. RUG 2015 gave the people who attended that opportunity.

Free Lunch!

C’mon – who doesn’t love a free meal ticket?! Last year, the users were raving about the cuisine and the guys on the Studio put on a great show once again with a great selection of nibbles and hot beverages to compliment a lovely green thai curry lunch! They even did enough for some of the ReACT team to have seconds (not naming any names Mike & Elliot!).
