The benefits of mobile working are now well established and over the past year the ReACT in-house development team has been working to produce a mobile solution that will allow the ReACT ASB Case Management System to be used both on and off line.
The mobile application is easy to use and enables a case officer to access many of the ReACT functions when away from their base including browsing and updating existing cases and creating new incidents thus eliminating the need for double entry. Unlike similar applications ReACT Mobile can be used offline as case information can be downloaded to a device in advance and changes uploaded when a signal is available.
Security of data is regarded as a priority and all information is encrypted.
ReACT Mobile is designed for use on customers’ existing hardware from devices costing £60 to the most expensive.
ReACT Mobile is supported by ReACT version 4.6 onwards. The Windows version is available now, Apple iOS is in development and an Android version will follow.
