ReACT customer exceeds ASB resident satisfaction target again.

LSVT housing association 1066 which merged with the then Amicus Group became a ReACT customer in the early 2000s when they purchased the original Access version of the system to help manage their ASB complaints. Amicus subsequently became AmicusHorizon retaining and upgrading ReACT for use throughout the Group.

Recently released data reveals that resident satisfaction with antisocial behaviour handling for the Group in 2015/16 was an impressive 98.2% against a target of 95.9%, an improvement on the figures for 2013/14 which were equally good at 93.4% and 90.0% respectively.

The ReACT Team wishes to congratulate AmicusHorizon on their performance and like to believe that their popular ASB case management system has assisted the ASB practitioners in exceeding their target yet again.

AmicusHorizon is currently in merger talks with Viridian to create a 44,000 home organisation.
