ReACT announced partnership with Kirona early 2014, working together to launch a mobile solution for recording and managing anti-social behaviour. Linked with key housing management functionality, ReACT mobile integrates seamlessly with the back office ReACT database.
The mobile application encompasses full complaints, incidents, and tenant histories for ASB officers in the field, whether they are dedicated ASB practitioners or generic case management officers.
The mobile application is being delivered using the Job Manager from Kirona, a leading provider of mobile workforce application in the UK that already has over 250 social housing clients.
