ReACT revolves around Cases, with the option for multiple incidents per Case. As many Complainants, Perpetrators, Witnesses, Associates and Agencies are logged against a Case as necessary and a Case will accrue costs during its lifespan useful for recording time, internal costs and external legal costs for example. A Case is assigned to a team of professionals to manage who are reminded and notified of actions within the workflows which are triggered according to the incident severity. Complainant risk is assessed and satisfaction recorded. Users can generate standard correspondence, email notes and attach digital media to Cases as ReACT acts as a central repository for everything ASB, proven to benefit the professional in the instance of legal progression.
ReACT is not restricted to an individual industry sector or size of business, the ReACT product is extremely customisable, with single user to enterprises licensing available, from Local Authorities and Housing Associations through to the Police and Transport sectors.
